Step into Spring

***Congratulations to all the Bath Halfers from yesterday! I don't know how you do it!!! Now it is certainly time to treat your feet!***

Spring is ALMOST upon us; well, by the 20th of March it will be, according to Google! As much as I love the chilly winter months in Bath; wrapping up against the cold in a bundle of woollen scarves, Fedora felt hats, cosy Ugg boots and a trusty waxed Barbour jacket, I soon long for warmer weather and lighter evenings! Come Spring, I feel like I am crawling out of hibernation; from nights tucked up inside with the TV on, the curtains drawn at 4pm, to homemade, hearty soups and an electric blanket! We can finally enjoy the great outdoors...

This time of year means I can start to pack away my winter clothes; I find myself wearing less muted greys, blacks and browns; instead I begin to introduce pretty pastel colours to my daily look. From pale blue chinos, loose linen white shirts, soft pink sweaters, pretty accessories and brightly coloured loafers (I love the Seasalt 'Trevarrian Loafers' in mustard, with the right outfit they'd look very on trend!). I tend to start with my feet too; swapping Uggs, Hunter wellies, winter boots and shoes for summery alternatives. A cute pair of pumps or ankle boots can finish off a relaxed, casual look, or, smarten up more formal attire. Just check out these GORGEOUS French Sole 'Eat Me Drink Me' pumps! They are right up there at the very top of my wish list at the moment!

I have put together a variety of different shoes I am currently craving; espadrilles, pumps, sandals, loafers, ankle boots, heels and sneakers. Perhaps you might find your next shoe obsession too?! I'd love to know which are your favourites, I think you already know mine!

Give a Girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world!
